Quality Control Manager, Nov 2022- Present

I joined Prince Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd in November 2022 as a Quality Control Chemist, where my role was performing chemical analyses on raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products. I remained in this role for about a year.

• In January 2024, I was promoted to be in charge of the Dossier Team, involved in developing new generic pharmaceutical products.
• This team is responsible for performing experiments and preparing documents for the registration of new drugs. In this role I was able to oversee the registration of our new products Betacin Ointment and Cream, Prinacol Suspension and Diclogel
• In August 2024, I was promoted to be a Quality Control Manager, involved in managing all lab activities for ensuring that products, intermediate-products and raw materials meet the specified quality standards established .

Throughout my experience at Prince Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd, I have equipped myself with many skills. The ones that stand out the most include the development of analytical methods, the development of pharmaceutical formulations, and the registration of pharmaceutical drugs based on the Common Technical Document (CTD), guided by TMDA. With these skills, I can assure the success of introducing a new pharmaceutical drug, from developing its formula, analytical methods, to the registration processes.

AGROZAIDI, University of Dar es Salaam

Executive officer and Co-founder, 2022 — 2023

I was able to conduct an outstanding final year research project at the University of Dar es Salaam, which lead to the establishment of Agrozaidi, a startup specialized in environmentally conscious particle board manufacturing from agricultural waste. This initiative secured the third position in the University of Dar es Salaam Annual Innovation and Entrepreneurship Challenge 2022 (UD – AIEC 2022). Currently, Agrozaidi is under incubation at the University of Dar es Salaam, with my co-founders actively supervising all its activities.
